About Us
Shane Maddox, Managing Partner
As managing partner at Dynamix Realty, Shane has execute 21,222,000 million dollars in transactions and 22 real estate deals since 2012- as a boutique firm, self directed, managed and executed. Shane has shifted it's focus from the Denver real estate market to burgeoning areas in the Southeast. Our portfoilio's biggest growth in the last year has been focused on Huntsville, Alabama. Nestled between Nashville and Birmingham, it is a short drive to either overflowing city. With an emphasis on both safety and well-built city infastructure, Shane believes Huntsville has had an overwhelming amount of growth.
In 2012, Shane started Dynamix Realty, with her eye on Denver, CO, believing it was poised to experience a major boom. With this being, but the first chapter for Dynamix Realty, we saw a second and phenomenal growth after moving to the Huntsville market.
Shane started managing property at 16 years old and has since forged ahead in multifamily managment and investments. After college, Shane joined Meridian Development, to work on fractional real estate offerings and development in the Mammoth Lakes area. As an asset to Barrow Street Capital, Shane learned and worked with three different marketing companies including IMI Living and Destination Club Partners.
Shane forged ahead in the luxury second home market and development working with Rolle Cay Development, LLC to manage development projects for Rolle Cay in the Bahamas developing 80 luxury condominiums. She continued with independent consulting on fractional markets in Austin and Montgomery, Texas. Shane also completed a brief stint with Signature Interiors strengthening her design understanding of properties and how they impact value and profit. Part of the fabric of Shane's upbringing was hotel real estate development.
With psychology being Shane's passion, in her spare time, she acquired a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling and occasionally engages in providing psychotherapy, specializing in children and couples. Shane enjoys creating charcoal art and spending time with her two children.
Andrew Maddox, Partner
Andrew's strength in the Dynamix Realty team is financing, networking, and structural assessment. Andrew has focused predominantly on Medical Equipment Sales since 2006. He is a National Accounts Manager at Baxter. He is responsible for negotiations and tactical execution of nationwide projects.
Andrew's current focus is supporting the company with financing connections and prospects. Andrew also has a keen eye on builder's knowledge and maintenance.
Andrew has been born and raised in Huntsville Alabama and is well connected throughout the community. Andrew engaged in several fix and flips in Huntsville and has an innate understanding of the real estate market in his early years.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys automobiles- both classic and exotic and aviation.
